Cazimi, combustion and under the beams

The three solar conditions for every planet, at one moment. A planet close to the Sun is in one of three states, and they are not the same thing despite constantly being run together. CAZIMI is within about 17 arcminutes of the Sun's centre — "in the heart" — and is held to be the STRONGEST a planet can be. COMBUST is within roughly 8.5 degrees and is close to the worst: the significations burnt up. UNDER THE BEAMS is within roughly 15 degrees, weakened but not destroyed. The distinction matters because cazimi and combust are half a degree apart and opposite in meaning, so cazimi is tested first — a planet inside both orbs is cazimi. An endpoint that only checked combustion would report the best placement in traditional astrology as the worst. Also returned per planet: the exact elongation in degrees and arcminutes, which side of the Sun it sits on, and whether it is applying to the Sun or separating from it — derived from the two longitude speeds, and the difference between a planet going into combustion and one coming out. All three orbs are request fields, because the sources disagree on them. Distinct from /api/astro/combustion/, which scans a whole year for the periods one planet is combust; this answers what the state is right now, for every planet, and covers cazimi and under-the-beams as well.

Which calculations to return, as a list of names. See the key table for this endpoint; an unrecognised name rejects the whole request. One call costs one credit however many keys you ask for, so request everything you need at once rather than making several calls.

Latitude of the place, in decimal degrees. Positive is north, negative is south. Example: 26.9124 for Jaipur, 40.7128 for New York. Minutes and seconds are not accepted - convert first.

UTC offset of the place, in hours, as a decimal. Example: 5.5 for India (UTC+05:30), -5 for New York in winter, 5.75 for Nepal. This is NOT validated against date_time - if the two disagree you get a successful response for the wrong moment, so derive both from the same source. Use the offset in force on that date, not today's: a summer birth in a country with daylight saving needs the summer offset.
